During the call we will define the problem, explore the root cause, come up with a number of solutions, then map out a plan to get it solved.

Enter the call with a problem. Leave with a solution.
Option 2: Weekly Consultancy Call (£1,500 Per Month)
Same as the 60-Minute Consultancy Call, except more of them.
Each week we will jump on a call together.
Dig into your challenges in that week. Break them down. Come up with a solution. And map a plan to get it solved.
I will get to understand your business on a far deeper level.
